    I have activated the PayPal plugin and the payment button appears in the cart, the user fills in all the details shipping ias added but I get the error –

    PayPal error (10002): An error (10002) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.

    I have gone through the procedure of connecting my woocommerce accoutn up with my PayPal business account, so I have the Live API Username and Password, but I cant work out what the issue is.

    Hi @accend4web,

    I’d like to understand more about your setup.

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    Once you do that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Hi @accend4web,

    Thanks for the Status report. We see that you are using the Paypal Checkout plugin and the Paypal Payments plugin activated.

    We recommend that you use only one of them and recommend you keep PayPal Payments configured and active and try to process a test order with this. Please ensure that the Paypal checkout plugin is disabled and check if the issue persists.

    Do keep us posted on how this troubleshooting works out for you.

    It worked great thank you.

    In set up of PayPal it defaulted to the other plugin, and so didnt realise I had the other plugin activated.

    But its working fine now thank you
