Paypal Email for Services Sold

I just got an email from a service we sold on our website and the title of the item sold was the users name. wouldn’t it make more sense if the title of the item sold was the service title? I had no idea if we sold a product on out online store or if someone just booked an appointment and it was confusing until I saw that there were two services booked in the appointment calendar. Is there a way that I can switch this myself if this is not something you guys will change?
