Paypal donations pending, IPN issue?

Hi, we have run into an issue where donations that come in through Paypal are marked pending (we’ve gotten donations in the past that are completed). I’ve checked the IPN settings and URL on Paypal’s end, which appear to be correct. I’ve sent the test IPN simulator and it says it’s verified and the handshake is complete. I’ve tried disabling all other plug-ins aside from Give and resent the IPNs from Paypal and the donations are still pending. At this point I’m not sure what the problem is!
