PayPal Doesn't recognize coupon codes

    I’m having problems getting the coupon codes to work.
    I am using s2Member Pro, but NOT using PayPal Pro.

    These are the coupon codes I have set up under (Pro Form) Coupon Code Configuration:
    SAVE-20|20%
    FREEFORYOU|100%
    free|100%

    I’m assuming that the setup means I should enter “save-20” into the PayPal coupon code field, and it should discount the price by 20%. Is that correct?

    When I go to check out, I DO see the PayPal option to input the coupon code, however the system tells me that I need to input a coupon code that is valid.

    Any thoughts about what I missed?

    This is just for the free plugin. The pro forum is here. Use the search function there and you should turn up plenty of information. If not, contact the helpdesk there.

    My link certainly does not bring you back here.

    On the s2member site you are given a search box in which to enter your query. Put what you are looking for there, and you will turn up a huge list of articles.

    If that doesn’t help, choose Help/Docs and Contact a Human. That doesn’t link back here either.
