    Hej there,

I tried setting up the tickets plugin on the page and everything worked great until I tried to connect a paypal business account. It runs through the process smoothly, also finishing up the confirmation of allowing the payments, but after clicking on the button to return to the site, the page doesn’t get updated and it shows the default screen to connect the account.

In the URL it shows the following parameter at the end: “tc-status=invalid-paypal-signup-hash”

I’m using the Divi theme from elegantthemes, changing it to twenty-twenty doesn’t change anything either.

I tried deactivating different plugins, I also installed the DIVI extension, but to no avail.

Is this a known problem? Anything else I could try to make it work?

    Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @knastanie, that’s not good. Appreciate you providing information here. Sorry to hear about this.

One of our customers recently encountered the same error when initially setting up PayPal on their website.

Resolving the errors was reconnecting the PayPal account to get a fresh access token. Here’s a screenshot of the disconnect link you need to click, https://share.getcloudapp.com/jkuEvQRL.

Once you click on that link, it will disconnect your PayPal account from Tickets Commerce. Afterward, you might be asked to log in again. Please reconnect your account.

Please, could you let me know if this work for you? Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Best,
    Abz

    Hej Abz,

thank you for answering and your help!

Unfortunately, I don’t even achieve any connection, as it always loops back to the original “Connect Paypal” state after finishing setting up the business account via the Paypal Pop-Up.

So there is no disconnection link. The only change to the page is the parameter at the end of the URL.

Hi @knastanie, apologies for the delay here. I was out for a couple of days. I’m back now.

I’m curious about this one. Would be good if you could send us the System Information via email [email protected]. Please insert the dotorg URL here and also mention me in the ticket. This would definitely help us replicate the issue. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/sharing-your-system-information

Looking forward to helping you further with this one.

    Best,
    Abz
