paypal doesn’t add shipping costs and generate error

    Hi, if a customer select paypal it can see the shipping costs, but at the momnt he goes on paypal the shipping costs desapears and he can pay widouth shipping costs.

    When I go on the admin page I can see an error because the totals are not correect

    Thank you for getting back to us!
    Could you let us know what happens, when you proceed with the payment?
    In theory, after you confirm your PayPal account and payment method, it should redirect you to the store page and add the shipping costs to the product cost accordingly, this seems to be the way it is set up to work.

    If the amount that is charged from you does not include the shipping cost, I suggest reaching out to PayPal with this concern, to see if they can assist you from their end, as this is not a part of your website that is managed by our plugin.
