    Orders come through as Pendiing Payment with the note Paypal Credit Card Payment Failed with message: ‘The IP Address provided is invalid.’ What is causing this?

    Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site by any chance? For testing purposes can you carry out a test to see if you also receive the same error message.

    That error tells me that the customer’s IP address was not valid. Does it happen all the time or just with one transaction from one customer?

    It had been happening frequently with more than one customer.
