PayPal Conversions & GTM

Do you have documentation on how to set PayPal event tracking via GTM? I have a few sites which utilize the PayPal add-on for Gravity Forms, but I can’t seem to get the trigger to fire when a visitor makes a payment via the form, gets redirected to PayPal, and returns back to the site.
