PayPal connection error

    hello there, I’m a wpforms pro user and I’m having issues with PayPal connection to my account. I was talking to Mike from support team earlier but somehow I lost contact with him. So I’m opening a ticket here with this issue.

    Mike asked me to contact PayPal support for the issue, but they’re also unable to solve this issue. They’re saying there is no issue from their side.

    Earlier when I downloaded the pro version of wpforms, the plugin was connected with PayPal commerce, since I have business account already there were no issues but when I asked your support since there were some problems with the forms, one of your colleague upgraded the PayPal version and since then I’m unable to connect with my PayPal account. We really need to sort this up since we need to go live and our website is in development mode and stuck just because of this issue. Please help ASAP. I would also share my PayPal credentials just incase you guys need to check if there’s anything wrong but the PayPal confirmed me that there’s nothing wrong from their side on my account.

    I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the www.remarpro.com support forums for the free version.

    However, I could see that this issue is being dealt with on ticket #3987368. And I could see your message today, answing my colleague Mike. Please follow the recommendations from Mike to address the issue.

    I’m genuinely sorry about the problem, and I hope that any issue related to our integration with PayPal will be resolved asap.

    Since the issue is with the paid version of WPForms, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Hi Ralden, this error occured while processing payments on https://save-our-youth.org/pickleball-mixer/ page. please check why this occured and please let me know ASAP as alot of customers are trying to process payments but API Failed.
