    On MOBILE devices, the checkout button works from the cart page but will not work from the checkout page. It tries to load the secure PayPal window, and then fails and just returns to the checkout page.

    I have contacted PayPal and have been talking to their Technical Support since October with NO HELP. I have deactivated and reactivated plugins, I deleted and reposted API keys, I even made a NEW PayPal business account to try all new API keys. The problem persists, and PayPal doesn’t seem to have any ******* idea what is causing it.

    Please help. This is causing me to lose income, but PayPal doesn’t seem to care.

    Again, the issue is on MOBILE devices, desktop works fine. And the issue is only for the checkout button on the Checkout page. The button works fine on the Cart page. Thank you!

    Could you please provide us with a screenshot so that we can see what you are describing?

    I’m asking because I’m unable to replicate the same using the Google Chrome browser on my Android phone. I could make a successful order.

    Along with that, please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi!

    I’m so sorry, I forgot to post this as resolved. This has been months of frustration, and after I posted this today, the issue finally resolved itself! It turns out my CAPTCHA plugin was interfering. I don’t understand why it didn’t resolve the problem the first time I deactivated all my plugins, but this time it worked! I’ll make sure to post here again if the problem acts up again. Thank you for your quick reply!
