    Hi,
    I need some help.
    Lately my customers are having problems with the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plugin (for example, they get notifications of accepted order several times or are taken back to the paypal site after entering their details, and so on), so I thought this problem could be related to the fact that you recommend upgrading to the “Paypal Payments” plugin because yours will no longer offer support. I tried to upgrade to Paypal Payments but I get this error when I try to link my Paypal business account to the plugin: “could not accept your request” and it talks about making a new request in 90 days.
    Can you help me?

    Hi @talkiewalkie,

    That is definitely not good! What I would suggest is opening a ticket directly with us at this link, and include this information along with the System Status Report, so we can get an idea of what is on the site.

    We can either fix it ourselves with you (as WooCommerce) or send you to the developer of the PayPal Payments plugin to get it working.
