    Hello,

    After contacting Merchant Technical Support, I have received feedback that you are executing API calls “SetExpressCheckout & GetExpressCheckout” but not executing API call “DoExpressCheckout” to collect the money from the customer/buyer.
    Therefore, an error message appears or the express checkout is not executed.

    I am using WooCommerce 5.2.2. and WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway 2.1.1.

    How can the problem be fixed?

    Hi @alp21!

    Sorry to learn about the trouble with PayPal Checkout payments. Can you please enable debug logging by going to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal Checkout and checking the Enable Logging checkbox? Then, click Save Changes. With debug logging enabled, try a test payment. After it fails, navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and select the most recent PayPal Checkout log from then dropdown menu, then click View. Finally, paste those logs here(remove any sensitive details if present) or share a text file of the log.

    Currently the steps to fix the problem described in this post:

    Unfortunately, it still does not work.
    You can also find the corresponding log files there. (Could you please delete the first logs there).
