    I’m having problems with a higher than ususal number of failing payments in PayPal in the last week. It’s an intermittent issue, so not impacting every payment. The settings look ok, so not disconnected.

    In some cases, I’ve been told by customers that they’ve been redirected to product page when trying to checkout.

    I’ve been researching but not seeing anything else. Any suggestions.

    Hi there!

    Oh, that’s odd, I tried to reproduce the issue on your site but was redirected to the PayPal payment gateway without any problems.

    It would be great if you could share your current System Status Report with us. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in your reply.

    You mentioned that you had failed payments, are those orders being created on your site, or do you only have the reports from the users. If orders are being generated, can you see any information on the order notes?

    Finally, it would be good to if you could enable the PayPal payment logs under **WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > PayPal checkout**
