Paypal Card Processing label missing on checkout page

    Hi,

    I have been setup the Paypal gateway on website with this plugin but after we going through the process of enabled the Paypal Card Processing gateway, the sub-label of this gateway is missing from the checkout page, only radio button with no label show up. I try to use the troubleshoot mode on Health Check plugin to revert site to Twenty’s theme and enable only related plugin but seems like the issue is still persist.

    So, I would like to know what setting that we missed and need to be correct in order to make the sub-label appear again.

    Hi @boompronto17,

    A Title must be set for the PayPal Card Processing, otherwise, the label will remain empty. I’m pretty sure your gateway title for the PayPal Card Processing has not yet been set on these screenshots.

    Thanks for the reply. However, when we try to edit the title seems like the setting were missing, there’s only one checkbox and message below

    Credit Card processing for your account has not yet been activated by PayPal. If your account is new, this can take some days. Otherwise, please get in contact with PayPal.

    Does that means my on-boarding process was not 100% complete? or it’s under reviewing process by Paypal team?

    Hi @boompronto17,

    The Credit Card gateway should not appear in the checkout when your account has not yet been enabled for it, which appears to be the case here. It can take a few days until accepted and when in doubt, I would suggest reaching out to the PayPal MTS to verify that your application is being worked on.

    Hi @niklasinpsyde ,

    I found the root cause of the issue now. It looks like when we setup the Paypal gateway we didn’t use the Connect button but we manually enter all credential instead, after we disconnect and re-connect our account again with the button everything is working properly now.
