Paypal buttons not working–specific plugin needed

Pay Online page of our website (www.caleradance.com)–I am trying to upload Paypal buttons. On the Paypal website, the customer view is great with the drop-down menu showing just as it should. When I copy and paste it over to WP and view the visual, it creates separate drop-down menus for each option. When I then update the site and test it, it will only add the last option.

When I contacted Paypal, they said it was a WP issue and that I needed a specific plugin to fix whatever’s going wrong with the code when it is pasted. Can anyone help?…soon, if possible!
