PayPal Buttons missing from checkout

  • I need help with the woocommerce paypal payments plugin. Within the past day or so, the paypal buttons have disappeared from my site. The console shows the following error:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () https://www.namimemphis.org/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payments/dist/payment-request.css?ver=2.9.0

    I have tried reverting to the Storefront template, removing all plugins, deleted and re-uploaded all woocommerce files including woocommerce payments, and woocommerce paypal payments but the problem still persists. The woocommerce payments section works ok. When you click the PayPal radio button, no paypal buttons show up.

    I also tried to disable and re-enable PayPal Payments through the woocommmerce payments settings. The PayPal buttons came back, but upon refreshing the page to test again, they were missing. Subsequent resets did not bring the buttons back.

    Hi @namimemphistn,

    Can you please try disconnecting your merchant account and then connect it again?
    If the issue persists then we’d be interested in a copy of your system report.
    You can copy the report from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    Are you meaning my PayPal merchant account? Or Woocommerce? I think I can figure out how to disconnect PayPal but I’m lost on Woocommerce.

    I disconnected PayPal, saved settings, logged back in to PayPal (in Woocommerce), saved settings and the problem still persists.

    I submitted my system report (via private link provided) along with a screenshot of what happens at checkout with the PayPal radio button.
