Can you let us know which browser and mobile operating system you’re using to view your site? For reference, I viewed your site using Chrome on an Android device.

Thank you for sharing your browser related information. I tested on Safari browser on iPhone and I can see the PayPal buttons as well.

I recommend clearing your mobile browsers cache using this guide and test again.

If this does not solve it, please deactivate plugins like W3 Total Cache, SG Optimizer and Autoptimize once and then see if that helps. Sometimes these cache plugins can also cause issues and conflict with your site.

Thank you for trying our suggestions out, and I’m sorry to hear it’s still not working on your end.

I tested checkout on your site again and still saw the PayPal button.

So, I was thinking if it could be a geographical restriction. While our PayPal Checkout lists Italy as a compatible country, I’m not seeing it in this list: Country/Region of Residence and Available Services

To test this theory, I tried accessing your site with a VPN set to Italy, and I still got the PayPal button at checkout.

As we are currently unable to recreate the issue you’re experiencing, it’s difficult to make further recommendations.

Are you aware if other users/visitors on your site are not seeing the button too? If yes, is there maybe a pattern you can see as to why the button is showing up for some and not for others?

The only thing I know is that my friends don’t see the buttons either.
but if I reload the checkout page the buttons appear

Issues like this in terms of elements being shown / not shown on different devices/browsers usually relate to the use of caching plugin on the site.

I saw that you have three plugins related to caching:

• Autoptimize: by Frank Goossens (futtta)
• SG Optimizer: by SiteGround – 5.7.20
• W3 Total Cache: by BoldGrid – 2.1.2

Could you please first clear your cache and then temporarily disable all of them?

And then please try to browse your website in private/incognito browser window and then simulate with any mobile device

This sounds more like a location issue, since a number of support techs have been able to see your payment buttons. Have you tried the information @dcka suggested above?

That would be the best next step as folks in other locations have been able to make this work.

The other option is to do a full conflict test as mentioned at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
