• Hello,

    I used the free version of CartPop. For this I use Divi as WordPress theme and PayPal Payments for payment.

    I would like the PayPal button to be displayed on the product page. But this only works if the CartPop plugin is not active.

    If the CartPop plugin is active, you can only see the button once you have something in the cart.

    Does anyone know the problem and what to do?`

    Regarding, “If the CartPop plugin is active, you can only see the button once you have something in the cart.” This is the expected behavior, but you can manipulate it using a custom script, as much as I want to assist you on that, custom script falls outside of the scope of support.

    Please be aware as well that the team is continually working on an upgrade that will address most of the reported issues. We apologize once more for the trouble this has brought you.
