PayPal button not showing

    Hi,

    We use the Payment plugin for Stripe and want to offer PayPal as a payment option as well. The account has been set up and working since before, and we have done the configuration for the Payment Plugin for PayPal, but the PayPal buttons are not showing.

    (Stripe and Klarna is working)

    Hi @annafeenstra

    Reviewing your checkout page, you don’t appear to have PayPal enabled. If you’re certain you have PayPal enabled, next check if you have any plugins enabled that are filtering payment gateways, which is often the case.

    I found the plugin causing the problem: Aelia Foundation Classes for WooCommerce

    Do you know if there’s a way around this? We have used Aelia together with PayPal before on a previous site, with another plugin.

    Can you provide some explanation of what the conflict is? What does that Aelia plugin do?

    If it has a page for registering the payment gateway with it’s options then that should all that’s needed to make it work. Most of those plugins that affect payment gateways have a page where you register the payment gateway with it.

    Thank you! We are using Aelia as currency switcher. We found the payment gateway settings and added PayPal. Now everything is working.
