Paypal Button appears more than one

Hello developer,
thanks a lot for what you are doing. I write to you to show you a strange behavior on my checkout page. The clients on that page have the possibility to choose the date, the delivery time, and the delivery zone that in some cases has a charge. So, the total price can change during this phase.

I see that your plugin has started to replicate the button on every client set and I would like to ask you if you have a fix for this.
