    It is weird because it is working well on the /cart and /checkout page.
    
    Just want you to know that everything Theme, WP and plugins are updated on this site.
    
    Can you please check what are the settings we missed or what is the issue?

    I checked your site and see the issue: the bottom PayPal Smart button is not appearing in order to pay for the order, correct?
    It looks to me that it might be that another plugin is causing this issue, so the first thing to try is to turn off all other plugins (except for WooCommerce and WC PayPal Payments), activate the “Storefront” Theme and see if this issue still persists.

    The fact that the theme and plugins are up-to-date, does not mean that they won’t block anything from being shown or functioning properly.

    If at the issue persists, we will have to look further, but since I do see the PayPal button in the top of your screen and it works, this does look like a graphical issue only.

    Please let us know what your findings are and if you need any further advice.

    We tried activating some of the plugins and troubleshooting but it didn’t fix the issue.

    I need help coming from your plugin support because I am thinking it is something on the plugin.

    please deactivate the theme and plugins as advised in the previous message. I am sure this will show that the button will appear as intended and prove that this issue is caused outside of our plugin.

    There is not much we can investigate on this since it does not show for us (only in your setup this is showing). I would advise creating a staging site to test this, so you don’t affect your live site.

    can you try to reproduce the issue when you have your current theme replaced with the Storefront theme?

    Can you explain to me how you add these payment options (you normally see only on the checkout page) to the product page?

    Hello,

    I just disabled all plugins and try to swap the theme to Twenty nineteen but still the issue are there.

    We created staging site here : https://uagrant.thenonprofitpeople.com/product/ua-legacy-grant-package-15-pack/ and if you can try to check paypal are only shown above if we choose paypal.

    As you know this are only plugin that are active on the site : https://prntscr.com/1qaa5db

    This problem is because of the plugin as I said but you are not giving the good support on this issue.

    Please fixed this ASAP since I contacted this issue for more than a week already.

    In the screenshot you provided I can see you still have the plugin “One Page Checkout” active; can you retry one more time with that one also deactivated?

    `Plugins like “One Page Checkout” that load the checkout payment methods on the product page may cause issues with the PCP plugin. I have just found a similar report of another merchant; we do have a developers’ ticket open for this, but can’t say when/if we will get this fixed.

    I was not able to reproduce this issue, but my colleague was able to do it on his testing environment, so we can confirm the issue with this plugin.

    Please let me know if disabling One Page Checkout resolves this issue.

    Hello,

    “One Page Checkout” plugin is client setup to make checkout on product page if we disable it there’s no more checkout process on product page. I think you are aware on it? since the problem is only on checkout process on product page? As I said earlier Paypal behavior is working good on Cart and Checkout page.

    Hope you understand on our concern? “One Page Checkout” plugin is what our client wants so we don’t need that to disable for check because the issue is on Product page checkout process.

    We believe the problem is on the plugin function. I can send you the login to further look on the problem since we follow your suggestions. No worries it is just a staging site.

    We are aware the issue only occurs on the product page, this is what the other use is also experiencing. However, our experience with the plugin “One Page Checkout” is very limited, so can’t comment much on that at the moment.

    I think it might be best to remove the post above and open a service desk ticket with us, that way your details will not be available on the internet for others to misuse.

    The ongoing support is handled in our internal system.
