• Hi, I am trying to set up a membership website using this plugin, but when testing the PayPal payment, it asks for a card instead of taking the amount to pay from the PayPal balance which is enough to cover it. There is any special configuration in the plugin to achieve that?
    Kind regards

Hi, Paypal Business, I upgraded it from the regular/basic one, but what I wonder is: In the same website I have set up the plugin Easy Digital Downloads and it is working fine, I mean you can pay with your PayPal balance (the same PayPal account) and no requires to add a credit card to do the purchase. So I am assuming it should be a configuration issue. But no idea how to fix it

    Hi,

I am wondering if this is how the subscription process works. Just for testing purposes, can you carry out a test. Create a test page or post and add a Buy Now button instead of a Subscription button. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you
