    Hello,

    I have tried to get the paypal advanced card processing option to work, but i am having an issue with customer being able to complete orders when the plugin is enabled.

    The customer is able to enter the credit card informaiton but when they hit the place order button the wheel spins forever and the order never completes.

    Please let me know what troubleshooting steps I can take to get this resolved.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, we’re here to help.

    In most cases scenario its a conflict. You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

    This is not something that can be done on a live site and this is not really something that will work on the staging website because Paypal requires the URL to be for the live site.

    Is there some other-way to go about troubleshooting this?

    This process can be carried out on a staging site. Start by setting up a sandbox account, and then test the system with sandbox payments using test credit cards. We’re here to assist with steps in your investigation if you contact us.
