    Hello

I wonder if you can help.

    I’m using WordPress 4.9.8 and WooCommerce 3.4.5.

I have created a shop and everything is working great.

The totals for products are working fine and showing everything as it should.

I’m using PayPal standard to process payments.

Here’s how I’ve configured PayPal within WooCommerce:
    https://tppr.me/Ejv9e

The problem I’m having is in PayPal order details where postage is being added to the first product but not to others and the total doesn’t include postage.

In the Payment details, postage is added.

The totals and the amount billed is all correct.

It seems like information being passed from WooCommerce isn’t passing correctly to PayPal.

Here’s a screenshot within PayPal showing the completed transaction page
    https://tppr.me/nRBia

As you can see postage has been added to the first line item, when it should not have done.

Here’s a screenshot of the same order within the WooCommerce checkout page where everything looks fine:

    How can this be fixed?

    Many thanks,
    Brian

    Hey there,

Thanks for that clear description and all of those screenshots!

This is usually due to postage already having been set in PayPal itself, which overrides what’s sent through WooCommerce:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-13

Can you please check that first?

I’ll take a look and see if that’s what’s going on.

    All the best,
