PayPal add-on compatibility

The plugin works great and dies what it says, awesome job, and thanks.

I did however notice that when used with the PayPal payments add-on, any form field that uses the date conditional logic, its $ amount will not transfer to the paypal payment page.

Once you remove the date conditional logic from the form field it goes right back to working again.
