    I’ve been having this issue for a while.

    After switching accounts in the plugin settings, I still recieve payments in both accounts, the new and the older one.
    Im checking inside paypal but nothing comes up…

    Do you have any ideas why tis might be happenning?

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

    It is hard to understand the situation, but it sounds like you changed the PayPal business account you are using for your account, correct? Now, the 2nd part of your report is hard to understand: you say you receive payments in both accounts, but on PayPal you don’t see anything. Then where do you see the payment show up for both accounts?

    If it is easier to explain with screenshot, logs or possibly order notes, you might want to open a private ticket with us, so you can easier share details with us (unlike you can do here on this public forum).

    Hi, I see the payments, but i don’t have the api working.

    I’ve changed the account in the plugin config. but i still recieve payments in both accounts, is like they are both connected when i actually changed the api key and secret, and also made sure to leave the older account without integrations…is this explanation better?

    It seems very unlikely that this issue is occurring with our plugin and looking at your site, I would believe that you are using the “PayPal Standard” payment method, not our “PayPal” payment method.

    The PayPal standard payment method is included in the WooCommerce plugin and is very different from our payment method.

    If you believe you are using our plugin, you might want to use the option “Remove PayPal Payments data from Database” and press the “Clear Now” button.

    I do believe that if you disconnect the PayPal Standard payment method and deactivate it, you can easily onboard our plugin and get this payment method working correctly.

    Please let me know if this is correct and if you require any additional support. If you want to share screenshots, you can also create a private support request with us via these instructions.
