PayPal Account Optional

    Hi:

    I am attempting to have a client pay via credit card WITHOUT having to have them set up a PayPal account.

    I have double and triple checked the setting in the PayPal account itself

    I have tried using Paypal Basic and upgraded to the PayPal Website Payment Pro and PayPal Express extension.

    With the extension I am receving this error message when I try to complete a transaction:

    Error: Invalid Configuration This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.

    We have set up and entered the Live API Username, Password and Signature as well.

    Any help getting this unstuck would be greatly appreciated.

    That error message will be coming from PayPal Pro / Express.

    Hi:

    Please kindly ask your support team to escalate this matter. Having waited four days for a less than satisfactory reply we are really needed to get a solution jumpstarted ASAP.

    Right, I replied to him already, however, I am asking that he continue to communicate with me expeditiously. I really cannot wait for another four days for another reply.
