PayPal account blocking payments from un-encrypted buttons?

    Hi,
    PayPal is blocking payments due to un-encrypted buttons. My client have activated SSL certificate and secured his website. Now i told the client that after making changes in Paypal Settings, payment process will work properly but client says when site is encrypted than why should i off the payment from encrypted websites only.

    Please let me know the changes i have to do in eShop so Payment form and button will get encrypted and Paypal will accept payment?
