    My client has a business paypal account and doesn’t have any of the options in the manditory settings. Is there something different that we need to do to make sure the online auction works?

  • Hello,

    If admin want to use paypal method for payment, admin need to follow the steps given for mandatory setting in the plugin. It can be found from ultimate auction -> Payment -> Paypal menu.

    This setting is for setup Auto Return URL(Your website URL) and enable Payment Data Transfer in your PayPal account. You can do this setting in the following way.
    login to paypal account dashboard(business paypal account) -> go to account setting -> website payments -> Website preference -> From here you can set “Auto return url” and enable “Payment Data Transfer”.

    The account doesn’t even have the MY SELLING TOOLS. What do we do?

    Hi @jboetger ,

    Apologies for a delayed reply. If your account does not have selling tools, we suspect that your paypal account is a “standard” account and not a “business” account where you can only send payments but cannot receive payments. Could you please check the Paypal account type and ensure that it should be able to receive payments and then we think you will be able to see “Selling Tools” option inside your dashboard.
