Had a problem with sandbox and chatback a while back and have been waiting for 4.0.15 to fix
Now have a different problem after upgrade
Paypal is processing the donation but the donations are not making it to the database

I went to the sandbox account to check the ipn notification which was off
I pasted the seamless donations ipn path into paypal and received an error saying url incorrect. Needs to be https

A quick search found this (different plugin maybe same issue)
