    I’m working on an online store, I just enabled the PayPal shop now button. When I press it, it says “PayPal error (10002): An error (10002) occurred while processing your PayPal payment. Please contact the store owner for assistance.”. I’ve already tried to change the API account but nothing has changed.

    Hi there,

    Is your PayPal account a business account? Are you using sandbox credentials on a live site or vice versa?

    I tried looking at your site but it’s behind a maintenance plugin.

    Could you include a copy of your System Status report with your reply. You can access that report via your dashboard at WooCommerce > Status.
