• Hi, I have configured the plugin individually in a multisite with 3 different languages, in the main domain I get the error:

    Payments: Disabled
Payments / payments for this account may be disabled until missing business information is updated.

in the /es folder it does not show any error

and finally in the /pt folder it shows the same error:

    Payments: Disabled
Payments / payments for this account may be disabled until missing business information is updated.

I have contacted the people of Stripe and they mention that on their side everything is configured correctly and no information is missing, and they recommend the following:

It is important that you contact Woocommerce to get a better understanding of this.

So I hope you can help me correct this problem.

    Thanks a lot`

I have already created my account and apparently they also had an error in their form since it did not allow me to send the ticket

Can you please let us know what is the error message you get when you try to submit a ticket on WooCommerce.com?

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Hi @nagdy did not mark me any error, simply when entering the form “Open a Support Request” I put the subject> What are you trying to do? > and when I pressed “Submit Request” nothing happens.

Anyway, I will close this topic since I have managed to solve the error by creating a new Live secret key and with this everything has turned green.

That’s quite odd, we have not received reports of a problem with our ticketing system. Whenever you need, please try one more time to open a ticket and let us know if you encounter a problem.

Great! Glad to read that.I’m marking this thread a resolved for now.

    Have a great day ahead!

I am also having this issue. Has anyone figured out what is causing it? I am using Chrome and it is a new installation of Stripe to my woocommerce.
All of the business information is in my account so I am not sure what else would need to be put in there to activate it.

    Payouts:
    Disabled
Payments/payouts may be disabled for this account until missing business information is updated

I just tried that and was able to get mine to work as well. I actually just needed to manually paste them into woocommerce even tho they were already in there. It worked.

    Hey @rougedesign
Could you please give me further instructions about what you did too solve the problem?

    Thank you. ??

    Hi
I have the same error too, and yes I use chrome and elementor too
    how solve this? thank you

In case people are still having the issue noted above. I fixed it by requesting a new secret key inside stripe, deleting the old key, then updating the key in wordpress/stripe account with the new secret key. Make sure you copy the new secret key before closing the window as it says you cannot access it again for security reasons. Hope this helped someone.

I was searching for the answer as well and ended up finding it in the post above from

    Hello everyone,

Thanks so much for all your comments to help resolve this issue.

If there are any other questions, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Best.

The link to the Github thread is very informative I recommend heading there first if you are finding this thread after googling the issue. To resolve mine I followed @kaycp instructions – deleted my old (5 years old) API key and secret by rolling it. This gave me a new Public Key and a I created a new Secret Key which I put into WooCommerce. I also got the message in Stripe about the missing information and after heading back to the main dashboard saw a notice that I needed to confirm the identity of the business officer which I did. They seem to be working nicely together now.

I’m facing the same problem can anyone help me for solving the problem
