Hello GOURL, I used your plugin to accept payment on the 22nd of December 2020, please the total amount is 89$, which is below the 0.01 BTC payout minimum balance payout, please I read on your tech forum that the only way to get paid in this situation is to close my GoUrl account in other to get paid manually… Please help me close my account and make my payment to my external Bitcoin wallet address on file.

We forwarded outstanding balance to your btc address and closed your account as requested.

If you change your mind, you can register a new account with us at any time.

    —-

The Bitcoin network dynamically calculates transaction fees. We cannot influence this!
Sometimes the network transaction fee reaches $ 100-200, and we cannot calculate the amount
of the commission until the payment is sent to your external address.

Possible a situation – your account balance is $ 89, commissions are $ 120 and we need to
use our OWN finance to pay $ 120-89 = $ 31 for YOUR commission, plus you won’t receive anything
to your external address. We have thousands of registered users and this situation can happen often!

To prevent your account from going negative balance (we will need to use our own gourl finances for your network commission payment),
we have set a minimum amount for autowithdrawal. It also prevents small spam bitcoin transactions.

The minimum autowithdrawal amount is clearly stated on your crypto paybox page on gourl.io

GoUrl.io system automatically forwards all received confirmed bitcoin/altcoin payments (6+ confirmations, recognized & unrecognized payments) to your external wallet every 30 minutes when the balance on your bitcoin account is 0.01 BTC / 0.01 LTC / 0.0005 BCH or more.

Network commission depends on the block size (on the bitcoin network – 1mb, on the bitcoin cash network – 8mb)

Therefore use Bitcoin Cash for small payments (bitcoin cash minimum forward amount is 0.0005 BCH; i.e. 20 times less than bitcoin minimum amount)!
