Payments Updating Incorrect Order

Hi Support,
We encountered a situation where a customer used your PayPal plugin to pay for their order, and on checkout they were presented with another users customer information.
Including the incorrect price, items, and personal information.On the WordPress side, the customers order was marked as “Cancelled”.
And the incorrect user (the details shown on PayPal)’s order was changed from “Completed -> On Hold -> Processing”
This is obviously a serious issue, and a clear breach of GDPR. I’d appreciate some information on this.

Please advise a timeline for this being resolved.
