Payments taking too long to arrive

    Hello,

    How long does it take for a payment to arrive in our accounts? The order keep saying processing for more than 2 days… Do I have to change it to completed manually for the money to arrive in our account?

    Can you please help? We are a charity and we received lots of orders but I can’t see the money in our account.
