    Hi ,

    I would like to integrate this plugin on a website because of its ease of use, I like the plugin. But for the moment I cant integrate the plugin because it disables the payment options used in the webshop.

    Enabling the plugin messes up the payments options configured configured with Mollie.
    Woocommerce-> settings -> payments -> mollie settings.
    normally I get a list of payment options by mollie but they dissapear when the plugin is activated. For the moment there is no other option but to disable the plugin.
    Is there any way solve the problem I am Having.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and flagging an issue with the Mollie payment gateway support. To help use review and troubleshoot the issue, could you please submit to us a WooCommerce System Log for your website configuration.

    You can get this log at WooCommerce > Status, System Status tab.

    Click Get System report. Copy the full report and please send this to us for a review and analysis.

    This report does contain some sensitive private data about your website, please don’t post on the public forum here, go ahead and create a support ticket at https://www.bizswoop.com/support/, scroll down, click Submit Ticket, select Support > Technical Support and send us the full System Status log.

    Once we get the support ticket with the log, we will review your log and the Mollie configuration and follow-up with you directly on our ticket system to help get this resolved for you.

    We forgot to also ask, can you also submit to us the POS Debug log. This is easy to submit.

    Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

    Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once you click send, the report will automatically send to us for analysis. Thank you.

    The issue should have been resolved in release 2.2.2. We suspect another conflict could be causing the issue, let’s have you trigger a log directly from the POS support settings.

    Same Process as outlined above to submit a log:

    Launch the POS. Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

    Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will automatically send to us for analysis. We will review and follow-up directly with you on a solution to fix for your website after reviewing the logs. Thank you.

    Once we get the log and review the details, our team will follow-up with a support request.
