    Hello,

I have one problem with my website. There are 2 places where I can chose delivery options. One of them cart page and second one is payment page. When I chose delivery option on the card page and continue, it turns the default option again. It doesn’t save my pick which you can see in the video as well.

    My website: https://lorisperfumy.pl/
    Video: https://vimeo.com/701956219

I have contacted my theme about it and they said the problem is happening with the default theme as well. Video link: https://www.loom.com/share/6f57ff92103f460aa736614f9d5e9d40

I have also contacted with the plugin owner and they said it is not related to their plugin and I should contact with you.

So, is there anyway you could help me about it please ?

    Regard

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cagatay123,

Thank you for recording those short videos.

This is not what we would expect as the shipping rate selection on the cart should be kept at checkout.

Inspecting your site with the developer tools I noticed it’s being cached. Can you make sure the cart and checkout pages are excluded from the cache? There is more information in this support guide:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/

If that doesn’t help, you will want to do a conflict test to see if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict with WooCommerce. Here are the steps for doing a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your reply. I have excluded these pages from the cache but the problem still persists. I forgot to mention that I have another website for test purpose which has almost the same plugins, setting etc. It is gardeniakosmetyka.pl and it is working there without any problem. I don’t really understand. Could please check it and let me know.

    Regards

    Hello,

To clarify, did you perform the conflict test as recommended by Mirko?

You can start clearing the site’s cache, you can refer to this article to get more info.

I mean switching the theme to Storefront, disabling all plugins (this includes caching plugins) except WooCommerce, and then adding a product to the cart, selecting the shipping option, and checking again?

If the issue disappears it means there was a conflict, and then you will be able to reactivate the theme and plugins one by one until the cause of the problem is found.

If that does not work, please provide the following logs:

    * A copy of your site’s System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

    * Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if any).

Let us know what you find, thank you.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while (I believe that at this point you have been able to find a solution), so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Thank you.
