• Hello,

    I have several voucher orders which show as paid (some have session IDs while others don’t) but the payments aren’t reflecting in our Stripe dashboard. Do you know what could be causing this? It seems to only be for a specific time period. Is there any way to know for sure whether the payment has gone through or if the user received the voucher without the amount being deducted from their card?
