Payments not posting

    I recently have taken over as web master for a charity site and am trying to get the donations button up and running. I am using the latest version of paypal donations and I have linked the donation button to our paypal email. I did a test run yesterday to see if I could donate a dollar and it would work its way through properly. After clicking the button and signing into my personal paypal account I donated a dollar. I received a donation confirmation email in my personal email account and the wordpress paypal donations plugin donations page shows a dollar has been donated. Yesterday there was a 1.00$ payment pending pending in my personal credit card account but I saw no activity on our paypal account page. Now today the pending payment has completely disappeared from my personal bank account statement but the plugin donations page still shows a payment was received. I still see no activity in the paypal account page. Can someone help me figure out what might be causing the issue or point to someone who can? Thanks for your help!

    Hi @tccs

    Please contact PayPal directly about this.

    This is not related to the plugin at all. The plugins job to redirect the customer to PayPal, all payments are handled by PayPal, not this plugin.
