Payments not going through

Hello,
I am using woocommerce for my website, but all the payments that are made through Paypal (credit card) indicate “attente de paiement” (I guess ‘awaiting payment’ in English). I checked with Paypal, they told me everything is going fine on their end. They even tested the payment, and it is also mentioned ‘attente de paiement’ for their payment. I am really disappointed because this is the main payment method for my clients, and I am losing many clients because of this.
Could you please tell me what could cause this problem?
