    Hey there!

    This sounds like either the plugin is linked to the wrong account in the PayPal Checkout settings page in WooCommerce settings, or the account you are trying to link it to is a part of the other account (like in a business account, you can have sub-accounts).

    If it’s not a sub-account, please disconnect and reconnect PayPal Checkout from the settings page in WooCommerce and see if that helps.
