    Hi guys we are having an issue with a flurry of customers complaining that they are getting a “spinning wheel” on 3D secure and nothing else happens, screenshot below.

    Is this a known issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
    The process you are talking about is not managed by the plugin, but by your bank provider and possibly the PayPal server side. If you want PayPal to look into this, you can reach out to them via PayPal Merchant Technical Support. This team will need to get the transaction ID (and/or Debug ID) in order to review the specific orders that your customer encountered this on.

    From our side, there is not much we can do, since the plugin has not controlling factors over this process.
