• Hi,

I am doing a test run on my booking system and it is not showing payment options at the end. I have not yet set up paypal, but in the back end i have it enabled and set to 40%. Do i have to wait to set up paypal for it to show up?

I was also wondering, once i set up paypal, will there be an option to make it compulsory to pay the deposit before confirming the booking? I do not want bookings coming through unless they have paid the deposit.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

check if you have enabled “manual booking confirmation” option – if so disable it.

About the second question, we have an option called “automatic cancellation of unpaid reservations” go to – “Settings > Payments”

Thanks! This has worked for me, but does this mean now that I cannot manually confirm my bookings if it is set up to pay a deposit?

Also, when i click the pay the deposit to comfirm my booking I am taken to a Privacy Error page saying:

    Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from sandbox.paypal.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

What does this mean? And if my customers are taken to this page I think is might scare them a little to fill details and pay online. Do you have any suggestions on security etc for this plugin so it is safe to collect information?
