    Hi,

    I’m trying my marketplace in localhost using Dokan lite plugin, to simulate a purchase I’ve added an item as user1 and then I’ve bought it as user2.

    Payment has been done correctly but the entire amount went to admin account, instead of just the 10% commission as setted and the rest to user1 account.

    Where am I wrong?

    I think you have missed some settings or maybe the commission setting wen wrong somewhere. I have checked the mentioned scenario on our local server and I did not get such issue. Please check our documentation and make sure the settings are okay.

    Hi,

    the admin commission is set to 10% in selling option (global) and no number has been inserted in the commission section of the vendor profile.

    Are there other options to set up? I don’t find anything more in the documentation.

    Any help will be appreciated.
