PAYMENT_SOURCE_CANNOT_BE_USED with version 1.9.5

    Hello together!

    I have just set up the plugin for another customer. Unfortunately Pay upon Invoice does not work.
    The error

    PAYMENT_SOURCE_CANNOT_BE_USED The provided payment source cannot be used to pay for the order. Please try again with a different payment source by creating a new order.

    appeared with another customer, with version 1.9.3 the problem was actually fixed.

    Now I have it again with another customer.
    The plugin version is 1.9.5
    He uses some WooCommerce extensions, among others German Market.

    Is the new occurrence of the error known? I can send you the WooCommerce log if you need them.

    did you already made a roll back to version 1.9.4 and check if that issue still occur with that version?

    Does it works when you turn off German market or all plugin for a moment?

    We had a case where it was connected to an amount mismatch error but I do not know you log file. Maybe you can have a look at it please.

    You can copy the system report from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

    These plugin log files are only written when “Logging” is enabled in the plugin settings. If enabled, every transaction will create a log entry that can be accessed from here:
    WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select “woocommerce-paypal-payments-[…]” in the dropdown and click on view.
    In case “Logging” was not yet enabled, could you please enable it and then try again to reproduce the error message so it is stored in the logs?

    Hello Andreas,

    I have disabled German Market and tested it again: Without change.

    I was able to copy the system report, but I did not find a corresponding entry under the logs.
    There are other entries (the plugin WPML had problems with the latest WP version and had caused critical errors), so the logging works.

    Maybe you can tell me here what else I might need to set? Then I’ll be happy to send you a private message with everything.

    there was error for pay upon invoice when Shipping to a different address country different than Germany. This should have been resolved with the last release, version 2.0.0.
    Can you please test this and let us know if it is resolved for you with this release?
