Payment, Webhook, Error, 3% fee wtf

    Payments will not work for forms. I am getting an error about settings.

    Integration from Woo is correct, tested and live. Also Webhook

    Setting in forms look like this. Webhook over at Stripe is enabled.

    The Woo log says no issues

    3% fee for WP Forms transactions plus Stripe charge 1,4% !!??? Have you seriously lost something somewhere? Please reconsider and half that fee or more, cause that’s absurd…. and may very well push me to another form plugin.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    About the issue with the Stripe field, please know that after adding that field on your form, you need to go to?Payments ? Stripe?to access the Stripe settings page. There, you can toggle the?Enable one-time payments?option to the on position, and this should fix the issue.

    For more details, you can refer to our guide on using Stripe with WPForms Lite.

    About the fee, as explained in the guide above (here), there’s a 3% fee for every transaction along with Stripe charges if you’re using Stripe with WPForms Lite. To remove the additional 3% charge, you can upgrade to WPForms Pro license?or higher. I apologize for any confusion about this.
