Invalid Vendor Account means the value you have entered for Vendor in your API credentials is incorrect. Please double check the credentials you’ve entered, and make sure all 4 values are entered. If you don’t have a specific user account created for this, then you’ll use the same thing you use to log in to https://manager.paypal.com, but you’ll use the same value for both username and vendor.

Give that a try and let us know if you continue having problems. Thanks!

The credentials are correct. Can I use express checkout with the WooCommerce subscription? I don’t have PayPal pro account. Maybe, for this reason, it is not working. How can I use express checkout with the WooCommerce subscription?

Okay, well, based on the error you provided it seems that you’re trying to use PayPal Pro – PayFlow. If you don’t have PayPal Pro, then you can’t use that of course. Credentials for Pro would come from https://manager.paypal.com.

Express Checkout is a separate gateway included with our plugin. That would use a separate set of API credentials which would come directly from your regular https://www.paypal.com account.

Both gateways support the Woo Subscriptions plugin. For Express Checkout you just need to make sure that gateway is configured accordingly, and then disable the PayPal Pro PayFlow gateway since you aren’t using it.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns about that. Thanks!

I have enabled your paypal express checkout. But I got this error 10548-this transaction can not be processed. The merchant’s account is not able to process transactions. How to solve it? I need the credit card option for my website so that my client can pay me with their credit card. eg. master card. Paypal standard is working fine. But I need to enable the credit card option. So clients can give me payment without having a paypal account. Please help me. I am losing money.

The error simply means that your Payflow Account is not upgraded to PayPal pro, can you check and make sure it activated and configured correctly? Also, to process subscriptions you can use express checkout with guest checkout option , but you have to have reference transactions enabled on your Express Checkout account to do that Just like Andrew mentioned in previous reply.

Let me know if you have any questions about that.
    Thanks!
