    This is quite similar to the previous bug that was creating multiple orders and showing one as “Processing” even after successful checkout. The only difference is that instead of “Processing”, the duplicate order is cancelled.

    I have HotJar enabled and have watched the sessions of folks who have run into this issue, and everything they’re doing looks normal. They simply enter CC information and checkout, but two orders end up being created.

    Sorry for the work this issue is causing you, we are aware of it and working on getting this fixed in our next release.
    I have added this thread to the developers’ ticket so that you will get an update once the release is available.

    Currently, we have no workaround for this issue, but since it is not causing orders to fail, it is not causing a financial impact. We are doing our best to get this resolved ASAP.

    @joostvandevijver Thanks for the note. While it isn’t causing orders to fail, it is limiting some of our logistical options working with Modern Tribe’s Event Tickets Plus. Attendee data is tied to orders, and since an order is being created, we have to disable certain features of the ticketing plugin to ensure folks aren’t set up as attendees for these defective orders.

    I completely understand your situation and we are doing everything we can to get this included in the next release (1.5.2). Hope you can hold out a bit longer until this release is available. If in the meantime I get any temporary solution available, I will reach out to you again.

    Yeah this is 100% causing issues with logic from another plugin that fires on processing orders. If this were resolved, that would be really helpful, but I’ll be trying to make adjustments on our end in the meantime.

    sorry for the long wait, but yesterday we have released a new version of our plugin that contains a fix for the issue you are experiencing.     We have tested this fix to be working, so would really want to hear back from you if you are still seeing duplicate orders coming in.
