Payment type not selected for this form

    Hi,

    I got an error: “Payment type not selected for this form. Please contact admin.”

    I added subscription plans, and on the form, setting I checked “Enable Payments” and “Force subscription pack”. Other settings didn’t check.

    This error is shown to not logged-in users.
    Because logged-in users see “You must purchase a subscription package before posting”.

    So, How to fix this error?
    I want to show another message “Please Log in / Register to view this page”, instead of the error I wrote before.

    Please make sure you have the Payment Gateways select on the Settings -> Payments tab. Please read this documentation to know more about the settings.

    If you have the Payment gateway and “Enable Payments” and “Force subscription pack” configured, it should let the users proceed with the next steps. So after crossing above, if you are still facing the same kindly contact us here.

    If you have contacted us throughout our site contact page, then you should get a ticket ID. It doesn’t matter you are paid user or free.
