Payment Temporarily Suspended, No explanation, No timeframe

Our first order was on Jan 27, 2025. It’s been 10 days, and we’ve had consistently orders everyday fulfilled and shipped out. BUT it still says “payouts temporarily suspended” on our account. We reached out to the “woocommerce support”, which is just a ongoing chatbox. And the “happy engineer”, just keep telling us to wait “for your store to be more established”, “a period of consistently transactions”, “a few more transaction”, without giving any kind of timeframe nor detail nor explanation.
Your policies clearly says AFTER 7 DAYS of the 1st order, a payout will be issued. Now you’re holding our funds for no reason and giving no explanation or timeframe. Looks like we got scammed and Woocommerce is stealing our money.
There is no phone # to call, no way to submit a “support ticket”, only a chat box that random “happy engineers” comes in to give the same vague answer.
Do we need to consult an attorney over this?
